Our Mission
Our mission is to teach both youth and US Veterans how to fish our saltwater fisheries by taking them on fishing excursions, fishing seminars, best strategies, experience sharing, and boating and enlightening under-resourced youth that there are scholarship opportunities for higher education through fishing. We further seek to fill the void where there is lack of companionship and/or camaraderie for our US veterans when there is limited family, social or community involvement.

The SaltWater Anglers of Texas (S.W.A.T.) aspires to create a bridge for under-resourced youth as well as US Veterans by being a beacon of light to improved mental health and well-being as we create a support system for the aforementioned demographic through camaraderie and mutual enjoyment of nature's aquatic ecosystem.
